3.84 TB SAS 12 G MU SSD
This 3.84 TB enterprise solid-state drive uses a SAS 12 Gb/s interface and a 2.5 inch form factor. It is built for mixed-use workloads in Dell PowerEdge servers. A compatible Dell caddy is included for direct installation.

The drive fits the PowerEdge R210, R220, R230, R310, R320, R330, R410, R415, R420, R430, R510, R515, R530XD, R610, R620, R630, R710, R715, R720, R720XD, R730, R730XD, R805, R810, R815, R820, R830, R900, R905, R910, R920 and R930. It is not suited for servers or arrays that lack a 12 Gb/s SAS backplane or that require a different physical interface. Desktop and laptop chassis without a 2.5 inch SAS bay cannot accept it.

The single specification that decides compatibility is the 12 Gb/s SAS interface. The host controller and backplane must support this speed and protocol for the drive to operate.
