This CPU air cooler fits Dell PowerEdge R320, R420 and R520 servers. It replaces the original heatsink in these 1U and 2U rackmount chassis. The unit is supplied new and has been tested for correct thermal contact.

Direct Replacement Fit

No extra brackets, thermal paste or mounting hardware are included in the package. Installers must reuse the existing retention mechanism and apply their own compound. The cooler does not support other server lines or desktop sockets.
