The Intel Xeon Max 9470 is a 52-core, 104-thread server CPU built on 10 nm Sapphire Rapids silicon. It runs at a 2.0 GHz base frequency with a 3.5 GHz maximum turbo and provides 105 MB of L3 cache. The processor fits the LGA 4677 socket and supports 8-channel DDR5 memory up to 4 TB capacity.

Suits memory-heavy HPC and AI workloads
