The KingSpec XF-512-2280 is a 512GB M.2 2280 internal SSD that uses the PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface and NVMe protocol. It is built with 3D NAND TLC flash and targets gamers, creatives and video editors who need fast storage for heavy workloads. The drive also works with the PS5 console.

This model replaces a SATA SSD and delivers up to 10 times the sequential speed of KingSpec's own SATA drives. Endurance is rated at 600TB written and MTBF at 1000000 hours.
