Capacity and Interface
The Micron T710 is a 4 TB internal SSD that connects through a PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe link in the M.2 2280 form factor. It is built for laptops, desktops and workstations where large, fast storage is required.
Included Heatsink
An integrated heatsink is supplied on this model and handles thermal dissipation without the need for extra fans or liquid cooling. A non-heatsink variant exists separately but is not part of this package.
PCIe 5.0 Limits
The drive delivers up to 14,500 MB/s sequential read and 13,800 MB/s sequential write on a PCIe 5.0 platform. Performance will fall back to the capabilities of PCIe 4.0 or 3.0 slots when installed in older systems.
