The Montech HyperFlow ARGB 360 is a 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler designed for Intel LGA 1700 and 1851 platforms as well as AMD AM4 and AM5 sockets. It arrives with three 120 mm Metal Pro 12 ARGB fans pre-installed on a slim 27 mm radiator. Thermal paste is already applied to the cold plate for immediate installation.

Sustained-load behaviour

A 3100 RPM pump circulates coolant through a single-row 20 FPI fin stack while the three fans spin up to 2100 RPM to maintain airflow pressure. The 28 mm thick Metal Pro 12 fans are built to sustain static pressure across the dense fin array during extended workloads. Pre-connected 7-pin cabling reduces connector resistance for consistent power delivery.

Thermals, noise and power

The 27 mm radiator profile fits standard 360 mm mounting locations without increasing case depth requirements. ARGB lighting runs on a 5 V 3-pin header while fan speed is controlled via a 4-pin PWM connection.
