The MSI Katana pairs a 15.6-inch QHD IPS panel running at 165 Hz with an Intel i7-14650HX 16-core processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics. It ships with 64 GB of DDR5 memory and a 2 TB PCIe SSD, plus a bundled 7-in-1 docking station that adds a 1 TB SSD, 32 GB microSD card and cables. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed.

WiFi 6E and USB 3.2 Gen2 connectivity

Wireless networking uses WiFi 6E (802.11ax) with Bluetooth 5.3 for peripheral links. Wired expansion relies on one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port and three USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, alongside a single HDMI output and an RJ-45 jack. The dock connects through the Type-C port and supplies its own 1 TB solid-state storage plus the bundled microSD card and accessories.
