Thermals noise and power at 1.10V

The sticks run at the standard DDR5 voltage of 1.10V and ship without heat spreaders, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered DIMMs typically draw slightly more power than unbuffered equivalents because of the onboard register. Systems with restricted airflow or passive cooling may not dissipate the heat adequately. Users who require heatsinks or active cooling on the modules must look elsewhere.
