Each module fits a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slot and requires no heat spreader clearance. Registered DIMMs must be populated according to the system manual's channel and rank guidelines; mixing registered with unbuffered memory or exceeding the platform's rank limit per channel will prevent boot.
