Server memory upgrade

This NEMIX RAM module adds 32GB of DDR5 4800 registered ECC memory to compatible SuperMicro servers. It targets administrators who need to expand capacity in SuperMicro IoT SuperServer SYS-211SE-31DS, SYS-211SE-31AS or X31SEED-SF systems. The single 32GB stick uses a 1Rx4 organisation and runs at 1.10V. It is not suited for consumer desktop platforms or unbuffered memory slots.

Build integration

The 288-pin RDIMM installs directly into a DDR5 RDIMM slot on the supported SuperMicro motherboards. Registered signalling and on-die ECC reduce electrical load on the memory controller, allowing larger total capacities than unbuffered modules. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the module must be provided by the server chassis. Buyers who need non-ECC or unbuffered memory for workstation boards cannot use this part.

Sustained operation

CL40 latency and DDR5 4800 speed deliver consistent throughput under continuous server workloads. Major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM chips are stress tested under load to verify stability during extended duty cycles. The registered buffer and ECC correction maintain data integrity without performance collapse when the system runs at full utilisation for long periods.
