It is built for Thinkmate RAX QS12-12E7, QN10-11E7, QN10-21E2, QN24-12E7 and QN24-22E7 platforms that require registered error-correcting DIMMs. The module operates at 3200MHz with a CAS latency of 22 and runs at 1.2V. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered memory configurations.
Build integration requirements
The RDIMM format and registered buffer demand a motherboard chipset and CPU memory controller that support ECC registered DDR4.
