This Silverstone Technology controller adds a USB 3.2 Gen 2 internal 20-pin Key-A connector through a PCIe 3.0 x2 slot. It targets builders who need an extra internal USB Type-C header for front-panel or internal devices. The card draws 5 V power from a SATA 15-pin connector.

Bandwidth limited to PCIe 3.0 x2 lanes

The interface provides up to 16 GT/s raw throughput across two lanes. Real-world transfer rates will not exceed this ceiling, so devices that can saturate faster links will be constrained. The xHCI 1.1 and UASP 1.0 compliance ensures efficient command processing within that limit.

Single internal 20-pin Key-A header

Only one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Key-A connector is present on the bracket. Systems requiring multiple Type-C headers or external ports cannot be served by this card alone. A low-profile bracket is included for compact chassis.
