The StarTech M2E1BMU31C turns an M.2 NVMe PCIe drive into external storage for USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 hosts. It delivers USB 3.1 Gen 2 speeds up to 10 Gbps and supports TRIM and 4Kn sectors. The enclosure is not compatible with M.2 SATA or AHCI based SSDs.
Aluminium housing with ventilation
A solid black aluminium case protects the drive while ventilation holes dissipate heat during sustained transfers. The compact, lightweight design fits in a laptop bag for mobile workflows. A USB-C cable connects the enclosure to the host without an external power adapter.
