The single blower cooler hits its airflow ceiling before the GPU core reaches its maximum temperature target, so sustained loads will throttle clocks once the heatsink saturates.
The blower spins faster than dual-fan designs to move the same heat, producing a noticeable high-pitched airflow noise and exhausting hot air directly out the case rear.
