This 2242 form factor SSD fits laptops, ultrabooks and small-form-factor desktops that only accept a 42mm module. The SATA 6 Gb/s interface works with any host that supports the AHCI protocol. It delivers 240GB of 3D NAND storage for everyday computing.

Built-in ECC, bad-block management

The SM2256KAB controller applies error correction and wear-leveling algorithms to extend cell life. DevSleep enables an ultra-low power state that reduces battery drain during idle periods. SMART, TRIM and NCQ commands are also supported for health monitoring and sustained write performance.

Sequential speeds limited by the SATA 6 Gb/s ceiling
