This 1TB internal solid-state drive uses the M.2 2280 form factor with a SATA III interface. It is built with 3D NAND TLC memory and targets users upgrading a laptop, desktop or all-in-one that has an M.2 SATA slot. The drive delivers sequential reads up to 560MB/s and writes up to 480MB/s.

SLC cache and included hardware

Intelligent SLC caching accelerates burst workloads such as booting, application launches and game loading. The retail package supplies mounting screws and a screwdriver so the drive can be fitted without extra tools. Firmware features include TRIM, SMART monitoring, LDPC error correction, advanced wear levelling, bad-block management and thermal throttling.
