The FormulaMod CPU block-pump mini combo fits AMD sockets AM3, AM4 and AM5 in a single unit. Its POM body and nickel-plated copper base combine the cold plate and pump so only one component mounts on the processor. The performance version omits lighting for a clean look.

Sustained Load Behaviour

A 17 W PWM pump circulates coolant continuously, adjusting speed to thermal demand rather than running at a fixed rate. The high heat resistance POM housing keeps its shape during long sessions, while the copper base spreads heat evenly across the flow path.

Interface Practical Limits
