This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR5 modules rated at 6400 MT/s with CL32-39-39 timings. It targets gamers and enthusiasts building on Intel 700 series chipsets with 13th or 14th Gen Core processors. The white aluminum heatspreaders and addressable RGB lighting suit themed builds.
Operating at 1.40V, the modules rely on the aluminum heatspreaders to move heat away from the hand-screened ICs during sustained loads. No active cooling is included, so case airflow determines peak temperatures. The dual-channel layout keeps the memory controller load balanced across both sticks.
Intel XMP 3.0 stores the 6400 MT/s profile so the firmware can apply it with one BIOS selection. The RGB LEDs respond to Asus Aura, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome Sync utilities for system-wide lighting coordination.
