This single-module kit delivers 32 GB of DDR5-6000 memory in a 288-pin registered DIMM. It targets creators, engineers and data-science professionals who need ECC protection on Intel or AMD platforms that require registered modules. The CL32 32-38-38 timings and 1.35 V operating voltage are factory-configured for stability in high-density workloads.
The integrated heat spreader dissipates heat from the twenty 4G x 4-bit components during sustained compute tasks. At the rated 1.35 V the module draws only the power required for DDR5-6000 operation without additional voltage headroom. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping keep system noise low under typical multi-threaded workloads.
The onboard AMD EXPO 1.1 profile lets the firmware apply the validated 6000 MT/s speed, CL32 timings and 1.35 V with a single BIOS selection. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors inside each DRAM, while the module-level ECC across the 80-bit bus detects and corrects multi-bit errors to prevent data corruption. Registered signal processing enables reliable operation when populating multiple slots on supported motherboards.

The module supports AMD® EXPO v1.1 and Intel® Extreme Memory Profiles (Intel® XMP) 3.0. Each module has been tested to run at DDR5-6000 at a low latency timing of 32-38-38 at 1.35V. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR5-4800 timing of 40-39-39 at 1.1V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers. |

Align the single key notch on the 288-pin edge connector with the motherboard slot and press firmly until the retention clips click; the frequent error is inserting the module backwards because the notch is offset from centre.
