Passive cooling within 0 °C to 40 °C

No fan or moving parts are present so the drive runs silently. Power is drawn entirely from the host USB port, keeping cable count to one. Operating temperature is rated 0 °C to 40 °C and storage temperature spans -20 °C to 85 °C.

USB-C host with removable rubber sleeve

A USB Type-C port on the host is required; the drive works with Windows 10, 8.1, Mac OS 10.14 and later, Linux 2.6 and later, and Chrome OS.
