Enterprise U.3 NVMe SSD
The Micron 9400 Pro delivers 7.68TB of storage through a U.3 interface that runs on PCI Express NVMe 4.0 x4. Sequential reads and writes reach 7000 MBps, while random 4KB performance hits 1600000 IOPS read and 600000 IOPS write. Rated endurance is 14016 TBW for sustained workloads.
Suited for write-intensive servers and databases
This 2.5 inch 15mm drive targets enterprise arrays and high-throughput applications that can use the U.3 connector. Systems limited to standard 7mm bays or consumer M.2 slots cannot accommodate the 15mm height. Workloads needing only light client usage will find cheaper alternatives.
No bundled accessories or software
The package contains the bare drive only; no mounting hardware, cables, cloning utilities or management software are included. Integration relies on the host backplane and operating-system NVMe support. Users must supply any required brackets, power adapters or firmware tools separately.
