This ZVS induction heating board delivers up to 1000W at 20A for DIY metal heat treatment. It supports melting, quenching and annealing of gold, silver, copper and aluminum using a graphite crucible. The module operates from a DC input between 12V and 36V, with higher voltage yielding faster heating rates. It is built for hobbyists and small workshops needing rapid, uniform induction heat.
A large 42 by 35 mm heatsink and an integrated cooling fan handle the thermal load during continuous operation. The sparse component layout on the oversized PCB further aids heat dissipation across the board. Power lines are routed to increase current capacity while keeping the assembly compact and stable. The unit draws up to 20A from the supply, so a source rated above 24V 10A is recommended for full output.
This board replaces smaller ZVS modules that cannot sustain 1000W or lack dual output terminals. The parallel pillars and 300V 25A terminals give two connection options for different coil configurations. It is not suited for builders who need precise temperature control loops or isolated low-voltage logic interfaces.
