This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 192GB of DDR5 server memory across twelve 16GB registered DIMMs. Each module operates at 6400MHz with a CAS latency of 52 and runs at 1.1V. The 288-pin ECC RDIMM design targets enterprise platforms that require registered, error-correcting memory.
The kit suits administrators upgrading or populating servers that accept DDR5 6400 registered ECC modules in a 1Rx8 configuration. It is not for desktop PCs or workstations that use unbuffered consumer memory, nor for systems limited to lower DDR5 speeds or different pin counts.
The registered ECC RDIMM form factor is the single specification that decides compatibility. Only motherboards and platforms designed for 288-pin DDR5 registered memory with on-die ECC can use these modules.

The modules are rated to run at 6400 MT/s with a CAS latency of 52 at 1.1 V, provided the server motherboard and CPU memory controller support that data rate and the BIOS is configured for it.
Each 288-pin registered DIMM delivers a 64-bit data path at up to 6400 MT/s, so the practical peak bandwidth per module is capped by that bus width and the memory controller's ability to sustain the rated transfer rate.
