32GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz ECC registered memory in a matched pair of 16GB modules. It is built for ThinkMate GPX-QS4-12E2-4GPU and GPX-QT8-22E2-8GPU GPU-optimised servers that require registered DIMMs with error correction. The modules run at 1.2V with CL22 latency and use major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix.

Verify registered DIMM support

Before ordering, confirm that your server motherboard accepts 288-pin DDR4 RDIMMs and supports ECC registered operation. The system must be one of the listed ThinkMate models or another platform qualified for PC4-25600 2Rx8 registered modules. Check the server manual for maximum capacity per slot and population rules to ensure the dual-rank sticks are accepted in your chosen configuration.

Upgrades non-ECC or lower-capacity memory

This kit replaces standard unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs or smaller registered kits when data integrity and higher density are required. The jump is worth it for workloads that demand error correction and 32GB total capacity in a two-module layout. It is not for systems that only accept unbuffered UDIMMs or platforms limited to lower speeds than DDR4 3200.
