This 128 GB kit contains four 32 GB DDR5 4800 CL40 registered DIMMs with ECC and 2Rx8 organisation. It is built for workstations and servers that require registered memory with error correction. It will not function in standard desktop computers or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced modules.
The modules fit 288-pin DDR5 slots and operate at the JEDEC-standard 1.1 V. Because they are registered, the memory controller sees a reduced electrical load, which helps stability in multi-DIMM configurations. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced memory is not supported.
The kit ships without heat spreaders, relying on chassis airflow to maintain temperature during continuous workloads. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensures the modules meet industry specifications for long-term reliability in server environments.

CL40 is the factory CAS latency at 4800 MT/s; the registered buffer adds one cycle per command, so sustained bandwidth is governed by the JEDEC DDR5 4800 spec rather than a tighter timing.
The modules have no heat spreader and operate at 1.1 V, so they rely on chassis airflow; power draw stays within standard DDR5 4800 limits and they produce no audible noise.
The board must provide DDR5 RDIMM slots with registered-buffer support and ECC capability; standard desktop UDIMM sockets will not accept these modules.
