Targeted NAS Memory Upgrade
This 16GB DDR4 SODIMM is built specifically for the Synology RackStation RS820+ and RS820RP+ platforms. It delivers 2666MHz speed with CL19 latency and ECC error correction. The unbuffered 2Rx8 module installs directly into the 260-pin slot without tools. System administrators can expand capacity using a single JEDEC-standard stick.
DDR4 Speed Floor and Compatibility
The module runs at PC4-21300 2666MHz and is backwards compatible with 2400MHz and 2133MHz system buses. If the NAS bus operates at a lower frequency, the memory will down-clock automatically. ECC functionality remains active across supported speeds. Boards that require registered or buffered DIMMs cannot use this unbuffered design.
Low-Profile Build for Dense Racks
No heat spreader is fitted, keeping the module height minimal for tight 1U or 2U chassis spacing. The 1.2V operating voltage matches standard DDR4 power envelopes.
