Server memory upgrade kit

This OWC kit supplies 32GB of DDR3 ECC registered RDIMM across two 16GB modules. It is built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require registered memory with error correction. Standard desktop boards cannot use these modules.

JEDEC and RoHS compliance

The modules meet JEDEC PC3-8500 specifications at 1066MHz with CL7 latency and run at 1.5V. RoHS compliance and OWC in-house testing provide a warranty-safe upgrade path for supported platforms. No heat spreaders are included.

240-pin installation notes

Each DIMM uses the 240-pin DDR3 form factor and must be seated in slots that support registered ECC memory. Mixing with unbuffered modules will prevent boot. Verify the system manual for population rules and maximum supported capacity per channel.
