The PQI iConnect Mini is a 16GB flash drive with a Lightning connector and a USB 3.0 interface. It is Apple MFi certified for use with iPhone, iPad and iPod models. The drive also works with Mac OS X 10.x or later and Windows XP through Windows 8. Its rose gold finish matches the colour of compatible Apple devices.

Sustained transfer with USB 3.0 interface

The USB 3.0 connector provides faster throughput than USB 2.0 when moving large photo libraries or video clips between the drive and a computer. Write speeds will vary with file size and host controller performance. The Lightning end is limited by the iOS device's own I/O subsystem, so sustained copies to an iPhone or iPad proceed at the rate the mobile hardware allows.

Plug-and-play with companion app

No driver installation is required on supported desktop operating systems. On iOS the drive works through a dedicated app that enables one-button backup, fingerprint-protected access and direct photo storage.
