The Solidigm D7-P5520 is a 3.84TB enterprise SSD built on 144L TLC 3D NAND with a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 interface. It fits a U.2 15mm bay and delivers sequential reads up to 6700 MBps and writes up to 3600 MBps. Random 4KB performance reaches 1,000,000 IOPS read and 200,000 IOPS write with 75µs read latency and 15µs write latency. Endurance is rated at 7.0 PBW and MTBF at 2,000,000 hours.
This drive suits data-centre workloads such as content delivery, analytics and warm-tier storage where sustained read throughput and capacity matter. It is not for write-heavy logging or OLTP systems that exceed 7.0 PBW, nor for platforms that lack a U.2 15mm slot or PCIe 4.0 support.
