This lot contains ten Vszerda D1 mini boards built around the ESP32 chip with integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Each unit is a fully functional IoT edge device aimed at makers, educators and prototype engineers who need multiple identical nodes for sensor networks, home-automation experiments or classroom projects. The boards arrive new and ready to program without additional components.
Upgrade from ESP8266-based modules
The design moves from the older ESP8266 architecture to the dual-core ESP32, adding Bluetooth support and more processing headroom for concurrent wireless tasks. The jump is worth it when a project requires both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in the same sketch, or when the single-core ESP8266 struggles with TLS overhead and real-time sensor polling. Existing code written for the ESP8266 will need adaptation to the new SDK.
Ten boards give generous node headroom
Ten units in one lot cover a typical mesh deployment, a multi-room environmental monitor or a student lab bench with spares for damaged boards. Headroom runs out when a single application demands more than the available GPIO, flash storage or RAM on one board, or when the project scales beyond ten nodes and additional lots are required. No onboard battery management or high-current regulators are included.
