This MCDODO board ships with a pre-soldered header so the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller is immediately ready for breadboard or HAT work. The dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+ processor runs at up to 133 MHz with 264 KB of SRAM and 2 MB of on-board Flash memory. Drag-and-drop programming over USB 1.1 mass storage removes the need for a separate debugger.
26 multi-function GPIO pins define expansion scope
The board exposes 26 GPIO pins that support 2 SPI, 2 I2C, 2 UART, 3 12-bit ADC channels and 16 controllable PWM outputs. Eight programmable I/O state machines add custom peripheral timing without CPU overhead. Projects needing more than 26 pins or a different pinout will require a larger module or additional circuitry.
Pre-soldered header removes assembly step
The fitted header lets makers plug the castellated module straight into a breadboard or carrier board without soldering.
