256GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit for Thinkmate SuperServer

Verify DDR5 RDIMM slots

Confirm that your SuperServer motherboard has enough 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM slots to accept four modules. Check the system documentation for supported memory speeds, maximum capacity per channel and required population order for 2Rx4 registered DIMMs. Ensure the BIOS version recognises 64GB density modules at 4800 MT/s. Servers that only support unbuffered UDIMMs or lower-density registered DIMMs cannot use this kit.

This kit upgrades systems running lower-capacity DDR5 4800 RDIMMs or slower registered memory to the full 256GB limit across four slots.
