32GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM for ThinkMate servers

This 32GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMM is built for ThinkMate rackmount servers including the RAX-XS4-21S1-10G, RAX-XS4-11S1-10G and RAX-XH2-11S3. It targets IT professionals who need validated, single-module capacity upgrades for mission-critical workloads. The module is not suited for consumer desktops or laptops that require unbuffered non-ECC memory.

Registered design with major OEM DRAM

Each stick uses Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips in a 2Rx8 layout on a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM PCB without a heat spreader. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing higher densities per channel. The lack of a spreader means airflow from chassis fans must pass directly over the DRAM packages.

1.2V operation at CL22 latency

The module runs at the JEDEC-standard 1.20V, keeping power draw low in populated server chassis. CAS latency of 22 at 3200 MT/s delivers predictable throughput for virtualisation and database tasks. No exotic cooling or raised voltages are required, so acoustic profile matches the server's existing fan curves.
