Load-reduced DDR4 LRDIMM format

Each module uses a 288-pin DDR4 LRDIMM interface with 4Rx4 organisation and a 1.2V operating voltage. The load-reduced buffer reduces electrical loading on the memory controller, allowing all twelve slots to be populated without signal degradation.
