This NEMIX RAM module is a system-specific DDR4 SODIMM built for the POSIFLEX TK-3232 Paragon Series kiosk. It delivers 8 GB of non-ECC unbuffered memory at 3200 MHz with CL22 timing. The 260-pin form factor fits the designated slot without modification.

Replaces slower or smaller DDR4 SODIMMs

The upgrade is worthwhile when the kiosk currently runs at a lower DDR4 speed, operates with less than 8 GB, or shows memory pressure during transaction workloads. Moving to PC4-25600 at 1.2 V restores headroom for the POS application stack.

Handles typical point-of-sale loads

The single-rank 2Rx8 configuration comfortably runs the OS, payment software and peripheral drivers in parallel. Capacity runs out when multiple virtualised services or large local databases exceed the 8 GB limit, requiring a higher-density module.
