The Tripp Lite PDUMV30HV is a zero-U vertical power distribution unit built for 208/240 V single-phase feeds. It mounts in a 63.75-inch tall rack and provides thirty locking outlets split between six C19 and twenty-four C13 sockets. Two digital meters display real-time current draw for each load bank, letting operators monitor utilisation at a glance.

Sustained load behaviour

Agency derating limits continuous draw to 24 A across the unit. Outlets are divided into two independently breakered banks of fifteen amps each; the upper breaker protects the top half and the lower breaker protects the bottom half. Each bank supplies twelve C13 outlets plus three C19 outlets, so a fault on one side does not trip the other.

Input connector and cord limits

The attached ten-foot cord terminates in a NEMA L6-30P plug rated for 30 A at 208/240 V. That plug requires a matching locking receptacle on the branch circuit; a straight-blade outlet will not accept it. The cord length fixes the maximum distance between the PDU and the power source unless an approved extension is used.
