Core Ultra 7 270K liquid-cooled desktop

This ArsenalPC system pairs an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K processor with a 240mm liquid cooler and 32GB of DDR5 memory. A 4TB NVMe SSD and AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card with 16GB of GDDR6 provide storage and visual output. The 850W power supply supports the components inside the MSI GUNGNIR 110R case. Windows 11 Home is installed and the PC is tested before shipping.

Build integration and expansion

The 240mm liquid cooler handles processor thermals without occupying the large air-cooler clearance required by tower designs. The 850W unit delivers power to the 24-core CPU and RX 9070 XT through standard ATX cables. Four DIMM slots on the LGA 1851 platform allow memory upgrades beyond the supplied 32GB. Additional NVMe drives can be added to the board’s remaining M.2 sockets. Integrated 2.5G Ethernet and Wi-Fi provide network connectivity without extra cards.

Thermals noise and power draw

The 240mm liquid loop moves heat from the Core Ultra 7 270K to the radiator, keeping coolant temperatures steady during extended gaming sessions. Radiator fans ramp up only when the liquid temperature rises, so idle and light-load noise remains low. The 850W supply operates within its efficient range while feeding the 24-core processor and RX 9070 XT, reducing waste heat inside the chassis. RGB lighting on the cooler and case components is configurable through motherboard software.
