The Dell PowerEdge R530 is a 2U rack server built around two Intel Xeon E5-2650 V3 processors, each with ten cores running at 2.3 GHz. It ships with 48 GB of DDR4 memory and two 300 GB 15K SAS drives managed by a PERC H330 RAID controller. The system includes redundant 750 W power supplies and iDRAC8 remote management, making it suited for virtualization hosts, database nodes or application tiers that need dense compute in a standard rack.

Build Integration

The chassis provides eight 3.5-inch hot-plug bays supporting SAS or SATA drives, allowing storage to grow without taking the server offline.
