512GB DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM kit

This 512GB kit contains four 128GB DDR4-3200 registered ECC modules built for ThinkMate GPX-XT6-24S3-8NVLINK GPU-optimised servers. It targets IT teams who need maximum registered memory capacity in qualified OEM platforms. Buyers using unregistered consumer motherboards or non-validated server boards cannot use this memory.

Registered DDR4 at 1.2V with CL22 latency

Each module runs at 1.20V with CL22 timings and a 4Rx4 organisation, keeping voltage and heat output consistent with standard DDR4 registered DIMM specifications. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the modules must be provided by the server chassis design. Power draw scales with the full 512GB population.

Four 288-pin RDIMMs for qualified ThinkMate systems

The kit installs directly into 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM slots on the validated ThinkMate platform and requires no additional cables or adapters. It frees all remaining DIMM slots for future expansion only if the motherboard provides more than four slots. Systems limited to four slots reach maximum capacity with this kit.
