576 GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 576 GB kit contains six 96 GB DDR5-4800 registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H13SSL-NT motherboard. It delivers the exact rank, voltage and timing the platform expects so the memory controller recognises the full capacity at rated speed. The 288-pin registered form factor matches the board's physical and electrical requirements. It is not suited to systems that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMMs.

Capacity and registered headroom

Six dual-rank 96 GB modules provide 576 GB of addressable memory while the registered architecture buffers command and address signals, allowing every slot to stay populated at full capacity without overloading the memory controller. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to prevent silent data corruption and unplanned reboots. The kit reaches its limit when the motherboard's maximum supported capacity or population rules are exceeded.

DDR5-4800 interface limits

The modules operate at DDR5-4800 (PC5-38400) with CL40 latency at 1.1 V, the standard JEDEC speed grade for this generation. Bandwidth and latency are bounded by this data rate; the memory controller cannot exceed the 4800 MT/s ceiling without overclocking, which the registered ECC design does not support. Population rules in the system manual dictate the maximum usable capacity and slot order.
