128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM for ThinkStation P920

This 128GB DDR4 2933 ECC Registered RDIMM is built for the Lenovo ThinkStation P920 and compatible ThinkAgile VX models. It delivers 288-pin DDR4 memory with CL21 latency and 8Rx4 organisation at 1.2V. The module suits workstations and servers that require registered ECC memory for data integrity. It will not work in standard desktop computers or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.

JEDEC-standard thermals and 1.2V operation

The module follows JEDEC DDR4 specifications and runs at the standard 1.2V, keeping power draw low during typical workloads. Without a heat spreader it relies on system airflow, which is sufficient for normal server and workstation duty cycles. Backward compatibility with 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz platforms allows the same module to run cooler at reduced speeds when installed in older slots.
