Server-grade capacity and compatibility

This 128GB DDR4 registered ECC module is built for Supermicro motherboards including the H11SSL-i, H11SSL-NC, H11SSW-iN, H12SSW-iN and H12DSG-O-CPU. It delivers 3200MHz speed at CL22 latency with a 1.2V operating voltage. The 288-pin RDIMM format and 4Rx4 organisation target workstation and server platforms that require registered memory with error correction. Standard desktop systems cannot use this module.

Sustained workload behaviour

Registered buffering and ECC protect data integrity during continuous operation in multi-socket server environments. The module runs at the JEDEC-standard 3200MHz rate without overclocking headroom, so throughput remains stable under long-duration compute tasks. Four-rank density maximises capacity per slot on supported Supermicro boards. Mixing with unbuffered DIMMs is not supported and will prevent boot.

Thermals, noise and power

Operating at 1.2V keeps power draw low for high-density server configurations. No heat spreader is fitted, relying on chassis airflow for cooling in 1U and 2U rackmount designs. Silent passive operation adds no acoustic load to noise-sensitive rack rooms. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensure consistent electrical and thermal characteristics across the module's service life.
