Dual-bay SATA dock

The StarTech SDOCK2U313 docks two 2.5 or 3.5 inch SATA SSD or HDD drives over a single USB 3.1 Gen 2 connection rated at 10 Gbps. UASP support keeps overhead low so each drive can approach its native SATA speed. Independent power buttons let you spin down one drive while the other keeps working.

Upgrade from single-bay USB 3.0

Moving from a single-bay USB 3.0 dock adds a second simultaneous drive slot and doubles the host bandwidth ceiling. The jump is worth it when you regularly clone, compare or back up pairs of drives and want the 10 Gbps pipe to avoid queuing delays.

Fits a USB-C or USB-A host

The dock connects through the supplied USB cable and draws drive power from the included universal adapter with four regional plugs. Top-loading bays accept drives up to 12 TB total capacity without tools. No internal SATA ports or PCIe lanes are required on the host system.
