Portable NVMe enclosure for external storage
The ASUS ROG Strix Arion houses a single M.2 NVMe drive up to 2TB and connects through a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port rated at 10 Gbps. It accepts 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 form factors with M-Key or B+M-Key pinouts. The aluminium shell doubles as a heatsink with included thermal pads.
Tool-free installation and dual cables in the box
A pin ejector and R-hook let you mount the SSD without a screwdriver, while the bundled USB-C to C and USB-C to A cables cover modern and legacy ports. A protective holder clips onto the enclosure for safer transport. ASUS Aura Sync lighting adds RGB effects controllable through ASUS software.
Maximum supported capacity is 2TB per bay
This limit decides whether the enclosure suits your drive; larger NVMe modules will not be recognised. The single bay design means only one drive can be used at a time. No external power adapter is required, so the unit draws all power from the host USB port.
