This 16GB DDR4 module is engineered specifically for the Oracle Sun SPARC T7-2 server. It delivers registered ECC operation at DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) with a CAS latency of CL15. The 288-pin DIMM runs at 1.20V and meets RoHS environmental standards.

Registered DIMM with ECC

The registered design places a buffer between the memory controller and the DRAM chips, reducing electrical load on the server’s memory bus. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors to protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The 288-pin form factor matches the T7-2’s DIMM slots exactly.

Low-voltage stability
