Compact ATX Mid-Tower for Quiet Builds

The be quiet! Pure Base 500 White is an ATX mid-tower case designed for users who want a compact chassis with strong noise reduction. It measures 450 x 232 x 443 mm without stands and weighs 6.95 kg. The steel and plastic construction includes insulation mats on the front, sides and regular top cover. Two pre-installed Pure Wings 2 140mm fans provide quiet airflow out of the box.

Swappable Top Covers and Five SSD Mounts

An exchangeable top cover system lets you switch between a sound-damped regular cover and a high-performance mesh cover for water-cooled setups. The regular cover uses strong magnets and an insulation mat for silent air-cooled operation. The mesh version maximises airflow for radiators up to 360 mm. Inside, you can install up to five 2.5 inch SSDs, with two positions prominently behind the window panel, plus two internal 3.5 inch bays on a decoupled double cage.

Before ordering, verify that your graphics card does not exceed 369 mm in length and that your CPU cooler is no taller than 190 mm. The bottom-mounted power supply bay accepts units up to 258 mm deep and is accessible from the rear for easier installation. Front I/O provides USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and audio ports. The case offers seven expansion slots and includes dust filters, but has no external 5.25 inch or 3.5 inch drive bays.
