This 3.5-inch half-height adapter accepts an 18.2Gb 7200Rpm drive and presents it through an 80-pin Ultra3 Wide SCSI connector. It is built for HP StorageWorks servers that use the 313756-B21 tray and 1.6-inch form factor. The unit ships new with the hot-swap tray included.

Straightforward hot-swap tray installation

The drive mounts directly into the supplied tray and slides into a compatible hot-swap bay without tools. Verify the server backplane supports 80-pin Ultra3 Wide SCSI signalling before fitting. The adapter will not work with 68-pin narrow SCSI backplanes or non-hot-swap cages.
