The dual-channel configuration helps the memory controller move data efficiently when both slots are populated. Buyers whose systems are limited to 16 GB total or only one slot cannot use the full kit.

PC4-25600 speed ceiling

The modules run at 3200 MHz with CL22 timing and 1.2 V voltage, matching the PC4-25600 standard. They will downclock to 3000 MHz, 2933 MHz, 2666 MHz, 2400 MHz or 2133 MHz when the platform requires a lower speed. Systems that do not support DDR4 or that cap memory below 2133 MHz will not work with this kit. No XMP or manual overclocking profiles are provided.

260-pin unbuffered build

Each stick uses a standard 260-pin SO-DIMM edge connector and unbuffered non-ECC construction, so it fits the usual laptop memory slot without extra height. Selected ICs are tested for stability before shipping. The low-voltage design keeps power draw modest for battery-powered use.
