The Dell PowerEdge R440 is a 1U rack server built around two Intel Xeon Gold 6130 processors running at 2.1 GHz with a 3.7 GHz turbo frequency. Sixteen cores in total deliver multi-threaded throughput for virtualization, database and cloud workloads in dense rack environments.

PERC H730P and 1.92 TB SSDs

The PERC H730P controller provides 2 GB cache and 12 Gb/s SAS/SATA connectivity with battery-backed write cache. It supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through mode. Eight 1.92 TB SATA solid-state drives populate the front bays, offering high-capacity flash storage under hardware RAID.

iDRAC9 Express and dual 550 W PSUs

Integrated iDRAC 9 Express enables remote monitoring, firmware updates and power control without an operating system.
