It arrives fully populated with 512 GB of DDR4 2133 MHz registered ECC memory across 16 modules, leaving eight additional slots open for future expansion up to 1.5 TB.

Dell PERC H730 controller

Storage is handled by a Dell PERC H730 1 GB mini controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and pass-through modes.
